THE HOUSEMATES: You would be living with two nice working professional ladies in their early 30s from Malaysia and Japan. LOCATION: Kovan. 5 mins walking to Kovan MRT Station, 35 mins to CBD. THE APARTMENT: appartement with all the usual facilities (swimming pool, gym, barbecue etc) THE ROOM: Common room (bathroom to be shared with one person). For the bed you have two options, you can either get the super single bed which is in the apartment for free or buy the queen bed that is currently in the room. The room will also come with a chest of drawers and a metallic shelf (pictured ikea wooden shelf unit not staying).
