Villa in Kudawella is a newly built two double bedroom beachfront property. The house is situated on Mahalla beach which is a stunning 3km deserted beach with a fishing village located at the far end of the sand strip.
The accommodation villa is old colonial style, with two double bedrooms and ensuite shower. The bedrooms have air con and also overhead fans (for those who don’t like air con) which keep the rooms cool and mosquito free. The house has a large verandah, with a high roof and ceiling fans. The living area is outside and comprises of comfortable modern cane furniture with views straight over the garden onto the beach. The dining area is at the far end of the verandah outside the new fully equipped kitchen. There is WiFi at the house.
At the bottom of the garden there is a thatched pavillion, where you can lie sheltering from the sun and snooze listening to the sound of the waves. The pavillion is ideal for massages and yoga practice. We have recently built a sunbathing deck at the bottom of the garden by the gate onto the beach with comfortable sun loungers. With hammocks and swinging beds there are plenty of places to chill out and escape from the world.
